Roles & Responsibilities

• Able to prepare, review, and update legal registers, risk registers, and a wide range of HSE documentation, including policies, plans, procedures, and manuals.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with local and international HSE regulations, standards, and client requirements to promote a safe and legally compliant work environment.
• Coordinate and carry out HSE audits, drills, and risk assessments; facilitate HSE meetings, actively participate in inspections, and uphold HSE activity standards to enhance workplace safety and compliance.
• Initiate and support HSE promotional activities, initiatives, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports, including HSE performance reports, campaign summaries, and professional presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering / Science or any relevant field
• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
• Level 5 or Level 6 in OHS
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
• NEBOSH IGC and IOSH Managing Safety
