Responsibilities
  • Integrate HSE processes and safe work practices into daily operations
  • Management and continual improvement of HSE programs including Management system & operational control procedures as per Honeywell HSEMS Requirements.
  • Lead HSE initiatives and continuous HSE improvement to support achievement of site goals and ensure zero harm to everyone
  • Drive excellence and engagement in HSE through management, leadership and employee involvement, worksite risk assessments, hazard prevention and control, and HSE training
  • Deploy and manage HSE initiatives to continually improve performance of assigned programs and processes
  • Develop and implement safety programs to maintain compliance with all HSE regulatory and company requirements
  • Oversight and project management of HSE projects as needed
  • Perform site compliance reviews and safety auditing as needed
  • Drive the BCM and Sustainability compliances applicable to HSE.
  • Ensure 100% compliances for all HSE legal & other requirements.
  • Lead & support and participate in all HSE internal & external audits.
  • Develop a training tracker to actively monitor training requirements and compliance
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training and education on HSE matters.
  • Keep updated on all regulatory changes and report out on emerging issues
