Description
As a HSE II-Safety/Industrial Hygiene here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations while promoting a culture of safety within the organization. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of safety programs and initiatives that protect our employees and the environment.   You will report directly to our Sr HSE&F Manager and you’ll work 100% onsite out of our Phoenix, Arizona location.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Implements and maintains company policies adhering to local, state and federal environmental, health and safety regulations * Completes incident investigations and Root Cause Analyses (RCCAs) * Manage IH and Safety Programs, including but not limited to, Exposure Assessment, Respiratory Protection, Ergonomics, * Hazardous Chemical Management, and Hearing Conservation * Involved in the design and development of facilities, work areas and work procedures and makes environmental, health and safety recommendations accordingly * Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating safety and industrial hygiene policy and procedures * Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization * Serves as contact with all federal, state, and local regulatory bodies * Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the Aerospace field * Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job * Relocation support may be provided   Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
