Conduct regular site walks, hazard identification, and risk assessments. Act as the HSE point of contact and lead emergency responses Support incident investigations; implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. Deliver HSE training, site inductions, and toolbox talks for contractors. Collaborate with all business units on HSE-related matters. Support closure of HSE compliance-related action items. Monitor, measure, and report HSE performance metrics to the site HSE team. Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies as required. Review, validate, and sign off on PTC permits to work. Maintain accurate HSE records; prepare and file documents by HSE procedures. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance HSE performance. Participate in internal and external audits as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical), Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
