HSE COMPLIANCE & IMPLEMENTATION:

Implement and monitor compliance with ADNOC HSE standards, project-specific HSE plans, and UAE federal safety regulations.
Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure HSE compliance during construction and commissioning activities.
Prepare and maintain Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA/JHA).
Ensure issuance and compliance with PTW (Permit to Work) system in coordination with the ADNOC site team.
Supervise toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs for all site personnel and subcontractors.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Environmental Science (preferably Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial).
NEBOSH IGC (mandatory); additional certifications like IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Fighting, H2S are preferred.
Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in HSE within the Oil & Gas construction sector, including ADNOC projects.
Familiar with ADNOC Onshore HSE standards and ASAB site working conditions.
CICPA pass and ADNOC HSE approval (or eligible for approval) is an added advantage.
Key Competencies:
Strong knowledge of ADNOC Codes of Practice (CoPs)
Proactive safety attitude and leadership
Strong reporting and documentation skills
Ability to handle emergencies and make decisions under pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skills (English; Arabic/Hindi is an asset)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
