REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline.
  • Interest in HSE and maritime operations, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Able and willing to travel within the region, including to Indonesia, Thailand, and other nearby countries.
Responsibilities
  • FLEET SUPPORT & OPERATIONSAssist in the day-to-day oversight of a fleet of vessels (tugs and barges), ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and coordination among relevant departments and external stakeholders.
  • HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCEHelp ensure that all vessels operate in line with the company’s health, safety, and environmental standards. This includes conducting safety reviews, compiling incident statistics, identifying risk trends, and supporting the implementation of improved safety practices.
  • STANDARDS & CERTIFICATION MANAGEMENTEnsure continued compliance with relevant management systems such as ISO and SMS by maintaining documentation, updating manuals, and supporting internal audits both onshore and onboard.
  • STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATIONWork closely with internal teams across logistics, procurement, and leadership to maintain alignment with company objectives. Represent the company in interactions with clients, port and government authorities, and service providers.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATIONContribute to the integration of safety and operational systems across departments, including QHSE, maintenance, crewing, and procurement, to promote consistency and continuous improvement.
  • ADMINISTRATIVE & AUDIT SUPPORTProvide admin and reporting support related to corrective action plans, compliance checks, and the company’s overall safety management systems. Conduct or assist in operational assessments, both ashore and offshore.
