REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific or engineering field.
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in the role of ASPP, within manufacturing companies or consulting companies working in the field of safety, health and environment.
  • Certificate of attendance at training course for ASPP is highly preferable.
  • Good knowledge of English language (level B1).
  • Problem-solving aptitude, together with great collaboration skills.
  • Capacity of conveying the company’s guidelines and values with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • You will assume the role of Health and Safety Officer (ASPP), contributing to the identification of risk factors and risk assessment in compliance with current regulations, participating to the update of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR).
  • You will collaborate on proposing the most suitable Personal Protective Equipment (DPI) for the assessed risks. Additionally, in the context of contracts and subcontracts with external companies, you will interface with other company departments, and third-party service providers, for the acquisition and verification of document compliance.
  • You will collaborate on the periodic update of the Fire Prevention Certificate (CPI) and the compilation of accident, near miss, and incident forms.
  • You will work to ensure the correct application of current health, safety, and environmental regulations in your operational unit. Monitoring and supporting company activities in the operations unit to provide tools for improving risk management.
  • You will intervene, in concert with other company functions and with the support of external consultants, in the acquisition, management, monitoring, and archiving of supplier documentation for the validation of safety standards. You will also participate in the preparation of emergency plans and the verification of their functionality.
  • You will autonomously manage the mandatory training of personnel in health, safety, and environmental matters, monitoring regulatory deadlines.
  • You will organize activities related to periodic health checks, collaborating with the Competent Doctor and the service provider.
