YOUR ROLE This role is located in Garden Island (Woolloomooloo) In this position, you will: Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ISO HSE standards, and database/competency management systems. Demonstrate strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments. Apply proactive thinking, sound judgment, and a forward-looking mindset to everyday challenges. Bring emotional maturity and resourcefulness, thriving both as a collaborative team player and when working independently. Build and maintain excellent relationships across internal and external stakeholders, with communication skills that are second to none. YOUR EXPERIENCE A Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Science, Engineering, Psychology, or a related discipline. A genuine passion for working within a diverse team, united by a common purpose. Australian Citizenship, enabling you to obtain the required security clearance. A strong commitment to safe work practices and fostering a culture of safety. AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance. Additional information with regards to clearances is available from the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency website http://www.defence.gov.au/AGSVA/. In some cases, individuals who hold a current clearance from a foreign government may be eligible to have this clearance recognised by the Australian Government and be eligible for this role.
