YOUR ROLE This role is located in Garden Island (Woolloomooloo) In this position, you will: Leverage your expertise in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, ISO HSE standards, and database/competency management systems. Demonstrate strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments. Apply proactive thinking, sound judgment, and a forward-looking mindset to everyday challenges. Bring emotional maturity and resourcefulness, thriving both as a collaborative team player and when working independently. Build and maintain excellent relationships across internal and external stakeholders, with communication skills that are second to none. YOUR EXPERIENCE A Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Science, Engineering, Psychology, or a related discipline. A genuine passion for working within a diverse team, united by a common purpose. Australian Citizenship, enabling you to obtain the required security clearance. A strong commitment to safe work practices and fostering a culture of safety. AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE ROLES & SECURITY A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
