As an HSE Manager (m/f/d), you will assume a key responsibility: You will manage and promote the continuous improvement of our occupational health, safety, and environmental protection. You will actively shape strategic and operational processes, foster a strong safety culture within the company, and ensure compliance with all legal and internal regulations. In this central position, you will work closely with management, specialist departments, and external partners.

  • Assumption of overall responsibility for occupational health and safety in accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act (ASiG) and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG).
  • Advising management on the definition and implementation of long-term occupational health and safety objectives and their integration into existing management systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
  • Conducting and supporting hazard assessments, safety inspections and hazardous substance evaluations
  • Development and implementation of effective prevention measures to promote a lived safety culture
  • Ensuring compliance with legal regulations in occupational safety and environmental protection
  • Preparation and support of internal and external audits, as well as the creation of meaningful reports and key performance indicator analyses.
  • Coordination and continuous development of environmental and hazardous substance management, including maintenance of the hazardous substance register and creation of practical operating instructions.
  • Coordination and alignment with external and internal interfaces (e.g., employers' liability insurance association, occupational safety and health authority) to ensure safe and sustainable working conditions. Your profile
