Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures tailored to the specific operational risks of the organization.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions to enhance workplace safety.
• Facilitate incident investigations to analyze root causes and implement preventative measures, ensuring continuous improvement in safety practices.
• Coordinate and deliver engaging HSE training programs for all staff, fostering a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are mandatory to demonstrate expertise in safety management.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive HSE experience in the industrial or construction sectors is preferred.
• Experience in managing HSE programs across multiple sites or projects is highly desirable.
