HSE Lead – Outage Delivery | QLD Power Stations 2026-2027 About the role UGL’s Industrial & Resources business is seeking an experienced HSE Lead to support delivery of a multi-year outage program across Queensland power generation sites. The program commences August 2026 at a power station near Kingaroy, followed by works in Kingaroy and the Rockhampton region across 2027. This role is embedded within the Project Leadership Team, working closely with the client, who operates as the Principal Contractor, while supporting delivery of UGL’s outage scope, primarily focused on boiler work and associated activities. You will lead a small HSE team across day and night shift, supporting planning, execution and close-out. The focus is on enabling safe, effective delivery in high-risk outage environments, ensuring systems are practical and applied in the field. The role is site-based with LAHA provided when non-local, supporting delivery across a series of outage campaigns, with approximately 8 weeks of execution for each outage, plus mobilisation and demobilisation periods. You will operate as part of a broader HSE function, with support from a regional HSE Manager to ensure alignment and strengthen delivery outcomes.
