As Head of HSE Management (m/f/d), you will strategically develop the HSE area and ensure a safe, legally compliant and sustainably oriented work organization.
They establish clear structures and responsibilities for safety, health and the environment within the company.
Furthermore, you will advise specialist departments and managers on the implementation of relevant legal and international requirements.
They analyze risks and workflows, derive appropriate measures, and support their implementation.
Furthermore, you coordinate audits and certification processes and ensure the continuous development of the HSE system.
Furthermore, you strengthen safety awareness through practical advice, training and regular exchange.

They have a degree in a technical or scientific field or a comparable qualification.
Ideally, you have several years of experience in the HSE environment of an international or regulated company.
Sound knowledge of occupational safety, HSE management and relevant legal requirements is required.
Experience with ISO 45001 as well as other management systems and audit processes is an advantage.
Important qualities include strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and good collaboration with different departments.
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile.
