HSE Manager (m/w/d)
These are your tasks
Main tasks in the HSE area:
- Maintaining and improving the HSE program
- Introduction and implementation of HSE projects
- Information and inquiries
- Monitoring compliance with regulations
- Fire protection and emergency plans
- Training and further education
- Hazard assessments and risk analyses
- Accident investigation and prevention measures
- ASA meetings
- Regular inspections
What you bring with you
Professional knowledge:
- Sound knowledge of relevant standards, laws and management systems in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental management (e.g. DIN ISO 45001, DIN EN ISO 14001)
- Safe handling of applicable HSE and fire protection regulations and their practical implementation
- Professional experience in the field of Lean Management
- Project management skills

- High level of commitment, sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines
Language skills:
- Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.

Education / Training:
- Successfully completed technical vocational training as well as completed training as a specialist for occupational safety and fire protection officer.
- Practical professional experience in the areas of occupational safety, health protection and fire protection
