HSE Manager (m/w/d)

These are your tasks

Main tasks in the HSE area:

  • Maintaining and improving the HSE program
  • Introduction and implementation of HSE projects
  • Information and inquiries
  • Monitoring compliance with regulations
  • Fire protection and emergency plans
  • Training and further education
  • Hazard assessments and risk analyses
  • Accident investigation and prevention measures
  • ASA meetings
  • Regular inspections

What you bring with you

Professional knowledge:

  • Sound knowledge of relevant standards, laws and management systems in the field of occupational health and safety and environmental management (e.g. DIN ISO 45001, DIN EN ISO 14001)
  • Safe handling of applicable HSE and fire protection regulations and their practical implementation
  • Professional experience in the field of Lean Management
  • Project management skills

  • Moderation and training skills
  • Independent and structured work style combined with assertiveness
  • High level of commitment, sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines

Language skills:

  • Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.

  • Proficient use of MS Office applications and good general IT and system knowledge

Education / Training:

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training as well as completed training as a specialist for occupational safety and fire protection officer.
  • Practical professional experience in the areas of occupational safety, health protection and fire protection
