Interested in using your HSE experience to support the safe delivery of innovative hydrogen technology and contribute to the energy transition?

  • The roleCreate and maintain risk assessments (Gefährdungsbeurteilungen) and operating instructions (Betriebsanweisungen).
  • Conduct regular HSE inspections and site safety walks.
  • Identify potential risks and implement appropriate corrective and preventative measures.
  • Investigate and manage incidents, accidents, near misses and emergency situations.
  • Drive continuous improvement across occupational health and safety.
  • Plan, organise and deliver HSE training and safety briefings.
  • Strengthen safety awareness and the Vision Zero culture across project teams.
  • Support safe and efficient operations across complex construction sites and industrial facilities.
  • Work closely with project, engineering, commissioning and site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Provide hands-on HSE leadership and guidance across the site.

  • Ideally, you'll have a combination of: Engineering degree, technician/master craftsman qualification or equivalent
  • Strong experience as a HSE Manager / HSE Engineer / Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa)
  • Ideally experience within the chemical industry
  • Alternatively, experience supporting complex construction sites or large-scale chemical/industrial plants
  • Experience as a SiGeKo would be highly advantageous
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Strong experience with risk assessments, safety inspections and incident management
  • Confident delivering HSE training and safety briefings
