In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, coördineren, implementeren en bewaken van het beleid van QolorTech op het gebied van gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu. Jij vertaalt het HSE beleid naar de praktische toepassing binnen onze dagelijkse operationele processen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle bedrijfsactiviteiten voldoen aan relevante wet- en regelgeving en dat risico’s effectief worden beheerst. Met jouw kennis en proactieve houding creëer je een veilige werkomgeving en stimuleer je een HSE-bewuste bedrijfscultuur.
Binnen deze functie kan je rekenen op veel afwisseling en vrijheid om deze rol naar jouw inzicht vorm te geven. Je rapporteert aan Paul van Mil (General Manager Production & Technology) en je standplaats is Vaassen.
