Our Client is a leading international company operating in the steel and metal-working businesses on international scale. In order to strengthen their Italian Health Safety and Environmental industrial function, they’re looking for an HSE Manager.

• Coordinating the HSE Department for the assigned perimeter (Industrial Plant and Warehouses) and a small dedicated Team (2 People);
• Organize and deliver training programs to educate employees on safe working practices and relevant regulations, managing relations and operations with both internal and external process stakeholders;
• Implement and maintain effective health, safety, and environmental policies aligned on corporate’s objectives and requirements;
• Identify potential risks within the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate and control them;
• Maintain relations with external bodies; manage the relevant documentations;
• Manage certification audits (ie. ISO 14001 e ISO 45001);
• Develop and strengthen a positive safety culture within the assigned perimeter, workforce and management teams, bringing on safety programs, such as emergency response plans, lockout/tagout procedures, and environmental management systems
