For the benefit of our employees, plant safety, and the environment, we are looking for you to join us for at least 6 months on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible, as:
HSE Manager (m/w/d)
Your tasks:
- Planning and control of global HSE projects (e.g. CSRD, further development of management systems for occupational health and safety (ISO 45001) and environmental protection (ISO 14001))
- Group-wide controlling of HSE key performance indicators
- Creation and implementation of HSE training courses at national and international levels
- Group-wide development, implementation and continuous improvement of national and international HSE processes within the framework of a "Living Culture"
- Introduction and further development of Global Governance
- Support for the department head
- Control and monitoring of deadlines, costs and quality
- professional leadership within projects
- Group-wide consulting for company management
- Management of cross-functional HSE projects
- Support in conducting and documenting internal HSE audits in accordance with certified standards.
- Maintenance and further development of the HSE management system, including management reviews
Your profile:
- Completed studies in an engineering or scientific field, preferably occupational health and safety and environmental protection.
- Additional qualifications in HSE officer duties, as an occupational safety specialist, or similar are advantageous.
- sound knowledge and professional experience in health, safety and environmental protection (HSE), plant safety
- Experience in setting up and maintaining management systems for environmental and occupational safety
- Experience in dealing with authorities, offices and professional associations
- Safe handling of IT systems (Intranet and MS Office, Auditor Plus)
- very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in the HSE field, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Experience in conducting audits
