Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) management plan, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, project requirements, and hotel operator safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards, ensure safe work practices, and drive continuous improvement in site safety performance. Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up, ensuring transparent reporting and prevention of recurrence. Coordinate and enforce HSE requirements with contractors and subcontractors, including review of method statements, permits-to-work, toolbox talks, and safety training programs. Prepare and present HSE reports, KPIs, safety statistics, and compliance documentation to project management, consultants, and relevant authorities. Qualifications Professional HSE certifications and must have a valid Green-Book. 8–10 years of experience in HSE management for construction projects, with strong preference for hotel, hospitality, high‑rise, or high‑specification developments. Strong knowledge of local safety regulations, construction safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and permit-to-work systems. Proven track record of managing HSE programs in multi‑disciplinary environments involving CSA, MEP, ID, façade, and specialist contractors.
