Key Responsibilities: Safety Program Management Develop and maintain site-specific safety programs, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across all managed properties. Lead incident investigation processes and implement corrective action plans. Manage safety training programs for employees, contractors, and tenants. Maintain safety documentation and reporting systems to track performance metrics. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local safety and environmental regulations. Maintain current knowledge of evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Coordinate with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits. Manage permit applications, renewals, and compliance reporting. Develop emergency response and business continuity plans. Environmental Management Oversee environmental compliance programs including waste management, air quality, and water protection. Manage sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency programs. Coordinate environmental assessments and remediation activities. Track and report on environmental performance metrics and sustainability goals. Training and Communication Design and deliver safety training programs for diverse audiences. Conduct new employee safety orientations and ongoing education programs. Facilitate safety committee meetings and communicate program updates. Develop safety communications, newsletters, and awareness campaigns. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5-7 years of HSE management experience, preferably in commercial real estate or facilities management. Professional certifications such as CSP, CIH, or equivalent preferred. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and building safety regulations. Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
