• Key Responsibilities:Supervise on-site security teams, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and Civil Defense requirements.
• Identify high-risk situations and implement preventive measures to minimize incidents.
• Monitor the effectiveness, maintenance, and readiness of security equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergencies, provide first aid when required, and coordinate with emergency services.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Ensure the validity of required government permits and certificates.
• Protect company property and ensure the proper implementation of safety and security procedures.

• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in safety and security management, preferably in malls, commercial complexes, or industrial facilities.
• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience coordinating with government authorities and handling emergencies.
• Strong knowledge of local safety and security regulations.
• NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Strong leadership, risk assessment, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
