Sodexo, a global leader in integrated facilities management, is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to champion our Health, Safety, and Environmental strategy across the Coastal Pilbara Region of Western Australia. What You’ll Do Drive a strong safety culture across diverse sites and operations Coach and support teams in the implementation of HSE best practices Lead HSE initiatives and campaigns including “Have a Safe Day” Oversee risk assessments, audits, and compliance activities Partner with the client and internal stakeholders to ensure safety excellence Lead mobilisations and tender HSE components Manage and report KPIs that reflect our commitment to continuous improvement Qualifications What You’ll Bring 5–10 years’ experience in a similar HSE leadership role Certificate IV in Health & Safety Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TapRoot or equivalent incident investigation training Strong knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) Proven leadership in high-risk, multi-site operations A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset Additional Information How to apply?
