: You have completed vocational training as an occupational safety specialist

; ideally, you have completed safety and health coordinator training with a technical background 

; you have professional experience in a comparable position or experience in operational occupational health and safety

; you are willing to work on construction sites in Southern Bavaria

; you hold a Class B driver's license

; and you have excellent German language skills (at least C1 level).

Your responsibilities

include: implementing occupational health and safety requirements, laws, regulations, and HSE guidelines on our clients' construction sites (currently in the Bavaria region)

; evaluating risk assessments from contractors and creating safety and health plans for the respective construction projects

; analyzing accidents and contributing to the development of preventative measures

; independently conducting training sessions and site inspections

; preparing HSE reports and regularly reporting to management

; and advising and supporting the site management team on all occupational health and safety matters.
