• Lead and improve HSE policies, systems, and procedures in line with global standards and local regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Oversee site-level HSE systems, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and customer/regulatory audits.
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to HSE staff and site leaders.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
