Job Description

We are looking for a HSE Manager to join our team and take responsibility for our Europe-wide portfolio of renewable energy assets, with the following detailed responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
  • Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees.
  • Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety.
  • Manage emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management across Europe.
  • In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence others.
