Our Australian and New Zealand operations are growing fast, bringing together great businesses including All Energy Contracting (AEC), Bam Bam, Pilecom and Volta under one group.

All Energy Contracting (AEC) is a leading multidisciplinary construction contractor specialising in renewables and energy infrastructure projects. We deliver projects across solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), high voltage connections, substations, balance of plant and associated civil, electrical and mechanical works.

Set across 555 hectares, the development combines approximately 600,000 solar panels (330MW) with a 180 MW / 360 MWh battery energy storage system and a 275 kV grid connection via an existing substation.

In the HSE Manager role, you will implement effective health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a culture of safety across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities
