ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re seeking an experienced Owners/Client-Side HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives for Windlab’s Gawara Baya Wind Farm Project.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE processes in alignment with Windlab’s Integrated Management System (IMS). Reporting directly to the Project Director, this role plays a key part in maintaining and continuously improving the project’s HSE management system.
Working closely with project stakeholders, the HSE Manager will foster a proactive safety culture, advocate for HSE excellence, and serve as a role model across the site.
Thi s is a full-time, fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) position from Brisbane or Townsville based on-site at the Gawara Baya Wind Farm, located on Gugu Badhun Country in the Upper Burdekin region of North Queensland.
