Description

**Compliance with guidelines:** Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations as well as fire protection as the responsible occupational safety specialist.
Management of security measures: Development, monitoring and documentation of security measures and their effectiveness in cooperation with the various departments.
Improving the safety culture: Initiating and supporting projects to strengthen the safety culture and promote sustainable and healthy working practices.
External cooperation & audits: Cooperation with authorities, employers' liability insurance associations, fire departments and occupational health services; support and moderation of occupational safety committee meetings and HSE topics in audits and communication with authorities.
Risk assessment & training: Participation in the preparation of risk assessments and operating instructions, as well as ensuring regular training of all employees.
Conducting safety training: Creation and delivery of safety-related instruction and training.
Risk analysis & improvement: Analysis and assessment of HSE safety risks, derivation of improvement measures, coordination of implementation and follow-up of the measures
**HSE Documentation:** Consulting and creation of work and operating instructions, risk assessments and other company-related HSE documents.
Workplace & Risk Analysis: Conducting workplace assessments and moderating risk analyses for technical operational safety and insurance topics
ESG criteria: Contributing to the statistics for the company's ESG reports and maintaining accident statistics.

Responsibilities

Completed technical studies or completed technical training with relevant further education (master craftsman or technician)
Training/qualification as a specialist for occupational safety
Professional experience in occupational health and safety, ideally in the manufacturing industry
Knowledge of common key performance indicators in the HSE field
Personal responsibility and communication skills
Very good German and English skills
