JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced ADNOC Approved Safety Officer to join our client’s project team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring HSE procedures, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards, and promoting a safe working environment on-site.

REQUIREMENTS:

• ADNOC-approved Safety Officer certification (valid).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or oil & gas projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and ADNOC safety protocols.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in multicultural environments.

• Implement and enforce safety policies in accordance with ADNOC and UAE HSE regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Deliver safety induction and training programs to site personnel.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective measures.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure safety compliance throughout project phases.
• Maintain all required safety documentation and records.
