Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline is required
• A professional certification e.g. - National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) certification or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements of Project HSE Plan and Policy and know its full implementation at site in conjunction with Consultant’s, Client’s and Local Regulations.
• Understand to Prepare and review the risk assessment.
• Know about Site inspection. Making on-the-spot corrections of unsafe acts of the workmen and taking suitable steps to eliminate all the unsafe conditions.
• Monitor the compliance of inspection of power tools, accessories, PPE’s and machinery.
• Able to make/prepare investigation report for incident /accidents.
• Conducting TBT, Safety Training, Meeting, Audit.
• Able to Arrange site safety induction and aware of all site safety rules, and emergency response.
• Able to know permits to work System and related conditions.
• Know to Prepare a Monthly HSE statistics report.
