Job Summary

Art of Engineering (AOE) is seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate must possess valid HSE approvals/permits required for projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and have a strong understanding of UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and UAE regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and review Method Statements (MS) and Risk Assessments (RA).
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
• Monitor the proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
• Maintain HSE records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure safe execution of maintenance activities.
• Liaise with clients and authorities regarding HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HSE Officer.
• Experience in maintenance, facilities management, MEP, or construction projects.
• Valid HSE approvals/permits for Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• NEBOSH IGC Certification (Mandatory).
• IOSH Certification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
