QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in HSE management in construction.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSE management software.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• UAE drive license + car

Experience:

Work Location: Remot

• Develop and monitor leading indicators and performance metrics at the project level and provide monthly and quarterly feedback to the project management.
• Ensure effective lessons learned process, knowledge sharing, and best practices are in place and cascaded to all employees and contractors.
• Ensure HSE is built into design, fabrication, construction and commissioning phases of the projects.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Perform regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Investigate accidents and incidents and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with HSE laws and regulations.
• Develop and manage environmental management plans.
• Promote safety culture within the organization.
• Knowledge about authorities’ applications and regulation ( Trakhees,DDA,DM,ETC).
