Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HSE Officer to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across mechanical and construction operations. The role involves implementing safety policies, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture on-site. Key Responsibilities The key duties and responsibilities of the HSE Officer include, but are not limited to: Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety standards Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments Implement and monitor safety policies, procedures, and control measures Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions Coordinate with third-party certification bodies and ensure documentation compliance Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions Monitor safe operation of heavy equipment and mobile plants Maintain HSE reports, records, and documentation using MS Office tools Support continuous improvement of safety systems and practices Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Mechanical or related field preferred) 2–4 years of UAE experience in mechanical/construction industry NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory) IOSH certification Knowledge of third-party certification requirements Proficiency in MS Office applications Knowledge of heavy equipment and mobile plants (preferred) Strong understanding of UAE HSE regulations and best practices Good communication skills (English & Hindi required; Arabic is a plus) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident investigation skills
