We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures across all company operations or project sites. This role plays a vital part in identifying potential hazards, developing risk mitigation strategies, and fostering a safe, compliant, and proactive work environment.

• Update, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with local, national, and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Carry out routine site inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor HSE performance metrics and report incidents, near-misses, and trends with recommendations for corrective action.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness programs for employees, contractors, and new hires.
• Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and compliance with company safety policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote a strong, proactive safety culture.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Interface with external regulatory bodies and agencies during audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Support and participate in emergency preparedness planning, drills, and response efforts.
