We are seeking a qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards across project sites and ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, transportation, infrastructure, or related projects
• NEBOSH IGC certification is required
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessments, Permit to Work (PTW), and site safety inspections
• Experience in incident investigation, reporting, and safety audits
• Good knowledge of PPE requirements and emergency response procedures
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Immediate joiners are preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily HSE inspections and monitor site safety conditions
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures and proper use of PPE
• Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, and toolbox talk documentation
• Investigate incidents and assist in implementing appropriate corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with company, client, and applicable HSE standards
• Conduct toolbox talks and provide safety guidance to site personnel
• Identify potential hazards and recommend suitable control measures
• Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental requirements across project activities
