Hydrojet Services is seeking a qualified and proactive HSE Officer to lead health, safety, and environmental compliance across all project sites. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, is NEBOSH‑certified, and possesses a valid UAE driving licence to travel between locations.

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and emergency‑response plans in line with UAE legislation and ISO standards.
• Perform regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits; issue corrective‑action reports and follow up.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; compile detailed root‑cause analyses and prevention strategies.
• Deliver induction sessions, toolbox talks, and specialised HSE training; ensure proper PPE usage at all times.
• Monitor environmental controls (waste disposal, chemical handling, emissions) to promote sustainability.
• Maintain up‑to‑date HSE records, permits, and training logs; prepare monthly performance reports for management.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to embed safety into daily operations.
