Description:
- Implement the Project HSE Plan and ensure the effective execution of the Subcontractors’ HSEMS and Procedures.
- Supervise and monitor HSE activities at site to ensure compliance with Project HSE Plan, policies and procedures. Closely monitor site activities and site conditions on daily basis to find out HSE lapses of Subcontractor and take appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions and report to Project HSE Lead.
- Oversee HSE Risk Management to identify, assess, and mitigate project-specific risks, ensuring safe and efficient project execution.
- Conduct HSE audits and verifications to confirm the proper implementation of risk controls and barriers through regular safety inspections.
- Manage the HSE Observation Program to identify and address safe and at-risk behaviors, promoting necessary safety improvements.
- Facilitate the HSE Training Program, including onboarding, induction, supervisory development, and task-specific training to ensure workforce competency.
- Coordinate the Emergency Response Plan with Subcontractor Emergency Response Teams, ensuring effective implementation and contingency measures.
- Oversee the Occupational Health Program in maintaining the health and wellbeing of the project team.
- Perform incident investigations to ensure all HSE incidents and near misses are recorded, investigated, and resolved.
- Monitor and ensure compliance to Project HSE KPIs, communicating HSE issues, risks, and trends to the Project Management Team and stakeholders.
Requirements:
1- Minimum 5 Years offshore experience
2-Valid H2S, BOSIET, NEBOSH IGC Certificates
3- Must b available to to Join
4- Outsiders can apply if they can arrange own visa
