About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards, and promoting a strong safety culture across all operations and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
• Monitor the use of PPE and ensure adherence to safety requirements.
• Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
• Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training activities.
• Support management in achieving HSE objectives and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in construction, engineering, MEP, ELV, or industrial environments.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 standards.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and incident investigation.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
