Silver Yachts & Repair LLC is urgently seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join our team.
* Develop, implement and manage HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, national and international regulations.
* Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, inspections, training and compliance activities.
* promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across all levels of the organization.
* Develop emergency response plans and coordinate regular drills to ensure preparedness.
* Collaborate with unit managers to integrate HSE considerations into operational and strategic planning.
* Ensure all incidents are reported, investigated and followed up with corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
* Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HSE matters.
*Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness of the HSE program.
Requirements:
Qualification: Engineering degree or equivalent, NEBOSH IGC
Experience: 2 plus years in similar field (Marine)
