1.Job Summary:

The HSE Officer is responsible for ensuring workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and promoting a safe working environment in all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system projects. The role involves conducting risk assessments, enforcing safety protocols, training employees on health and safety measures, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international safety standards. Additionally, the role includes monitoring employee health, conducting equipment inspections, and ensuring safety at both sites and office locations.

2.Key Responsibilities:

· Health & Safety Compliance:

o Ensure all company operations comply with UAE safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

o Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and enforce safety measures.

o Conduct Regular HSE induction/training for new and existing employees, to implement HSE policy, safety protocols and workplace hazards and must maintain accurate records.

o Ensure employees and subcontractors adhere to health and safety guidelines.

· Employee Health & Fitness Monitoring:

o Ensure regular employee health checkups are done to make sure they are medically fit for work as per the client requirement.

o Implement fitness-for-duty programs to assess employees before starting tasks, especially for physically demanding or high-risk activities.

o Monitor employees for signs of fatigue, dehydration, and work-related health risks (e.g., heat stress, respiratory issues).

o Ensure proper medical documentation is maintained and updated.

o Enforce workplace policies on drugs and alcohol usage.

· Equipment & Machine Inspection:

o Conduct random inspections of all equipment and machines to ensure they meet safety standards.

o Maintain records of inspection findings and ensure necessary corrective actions are taken.

o Ensure employees are properly trained in equipment handling and safety procedures.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
