Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Officer to join our team in Dubai. As a growing and dynamic financial consultancy firm, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance within our workplace. The HSE Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and secure environment for all employees, clients, and visitors across our operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health and safety policies that align with UAE regulations and company standards. You will conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner. You will also lead safety training sessions, promote a culture of safety awareness, and provide clear guidance to staff on best practices for occupational health and environmental sustainability.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HSE laws and regulations, particularly those applicable within the UAE. A background in facilities management, office safety, or compliance within a corporate setting is highly desirable. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations are key attributes for success in this role. Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent will be considered an advantage.
