We are seeking a dedicated HSE&S Professional to lead our Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSE&S) activities. This role ensures that our operations comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, ISO and corporate standards. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement in HSE&S’ performance, maintaining our community-granted right to operate and preventing financial losses due to incidents.

Your responsibilities:

• The HSE&S Professional will monitor operations to ensure compliance with regulatory HSE&S requirements through compulsory inspections, internal audits, and adherence to duties imposed by regulators.
• This role involves supporting the implementation of health, safety and environment programs, providing training and awareness, conducting audits and ensuring site procedures align with company policies and standards.
• The professional will also maintain documented HSE&S systems and foster internal and external communication with managers, co-workers, authorities, external emergency services, HSE&S consultants, neighboring factories, and the chemical association.
• The role typically reports to the UK HSE Manager.
