Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of HSE strategies, guidelines and measures.
• Consulting and support for managers and project teams in all HSE-related issues.
• Conducting hazard assessments, risk analyses and safety inspections.
• Planning and conducting training courses, workshops and instruction on HSE topics.
• Monitoring compliance with legal and company regulations, as well as regular reporting on HSE performance and key figures.
• Documentation and analysis of incidents, accidents and near misses, as well as the derivation and implementation of preventive measures.
• Promoting a positive HSE culture through continuous improvement and raising employee awareness.
