HSE/Safety Manager- Telecommunications
Headquartered in Canada, we are looking for someone out of our Lexington, Kentucky location! We specialize in telecommunications, industrial, infrastructure, and pipeline sectors as well. We have been in business for over 50 years and are continuing to be a leader in our space!
POSITION OVERVIEW
The HSE/Safety Manager for Telecommunications oversees the development, implementation, and management of health, safety, and environmental programs within the telecommunications sector. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and promotes a culture of safety across all operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in health and safety management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Certification in safety management or related field (e.g., CSP, CIH) is preferred.
- Experience in conducting safety training and workshops.
- Familiarity with environmental health and safety (EHS) regulations and practices.
