Key Responsibilities

* Conduct daily site safety inspections

* Ensure workers comply with PPE and safety requirements

* Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions

* Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective actions

* Prepare risk assessments and safety reports

* Investigate and report incidents and near misses

* Maintain HSE records and documentation

* Coordinate with site and project teams regarding safety matters

* Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety procedures

Requirements

* Experience in Interior Fit-Out / Construction

* NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred

* Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and site safety procedures

* Knowledge of risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety inspections

* Ability to prepare and maintain HSE documentation

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Immediate joiners preferred
