Role description In this role, you will be a part of our HSE division which ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment across our site operations. You will support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs, monitor day-to-day workplace conditions, and coach teams to build strong safety behaviors. Working closely with all departments in our company, you will assist in identifying risks, investigating incidents, and driving corrective and preventive actions. You will also support compliance with local regulations and internal standards through inspections, training, and documentation. This role offers opportunities to deepen your expertise in HSE fundamentals, learn practical risk management in manufacturing, and contribute directly to protecting people, the environment, and business continuity. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or related major Certificate of Ahli K3 (AK3) Umum by Kemnaker or AK3 Madya by BNSP is mandatory Minimum 2 years working experience in HSE related positions Very good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Excellent presentation skills Able to work independently as well as a team Fluent in english, both oral and written Why you'll love working here Contact Our Process Preferred Qualifications Ability to analyze and make systematic adjustment based on company bussines sector Having experiences in ISO 45001 and or ISO 18001 would be preferable Having experience in SMK3 is a plus Having POPU certification would be preferable Experience in chemical industries Strong analytical skills with LCA, SMETA, and others platform of sustainability would be preferable Ability to analyze complex data from multi department Your Mission Support HSE Compliance – Assist in implementing site HSE programs in line with legal requirements and internal standards. Conduct Inspections – Perform routine workplace inspections/observations and follow up on corrective actions until closure. Assess Risks – Support hazard identification and risk assessments (e.g., JSA/HIRA/ SMETA) and help maintain risk registers. Deliver Training – Coordinate and/or deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and targeted trainings by both mandatory or improvement internal for employees and contractors. Investigate Incidents – Support incident, near-miss, and unsafe condition reporting, investigation, and root-cause analysis with CAPA tracking. Maintain Documentation – Keep HSE records up to date (permits, inspection logs, training records, SDS, waste manifests where applicable). Promote Safety Culture – Coach teams on safe work practices and encourage proactive reporting and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
