Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future Take ownership of HSE for our Facilities Projects As the Facility Projects HSE Specialist, you will manage the day-to-day activity in the Campus HSE frontline. You will partner with the Project Managers and Facility team to reduce and manage risks associated with facility operations. You will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture. In this role you will also be responsible for: Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE Supervision and Surveillance of facility management projects, including construction activities Inspection/audit on contractors Supporting the organization on HSE Topics with contractors Supporting Facility & Maintenance HSE KPIs creation Improving HSE Culture through Safety Talks, meetings, induction HSE, Trainings Managing and deploying HSE Concerns/IDEAS events, incidents Supporting on Investigations, CAPA, Improvement on HSE incidents & Events Life Saving Rules (LSR) and HSE Critical Activities reference point in the Facility and Maintenance organization Supporting on Permit to work and interfering risks managing Supporting HSE Verification and qualification of contractors and suppliers Supporting organization in identifying and developing improvement projects (Road Map) Supporting Management of Change (MOC) and P&E projects follow-up Improvement processes/tool and HSE Facility and Maintenance Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Professional qualification in a relevant subject for HSE e.g. ASPP Several years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety Working knowledge with HSE operations on Facility/Equipment Maintenance (Permit to work, interfering risks managing) Sufficient knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards Good communication and interpersonal skills.
