What you’ll do We are looking for a Safety Officer to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand The role responsibilities include: · Provides Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project management and their teams with the necessary service relative to Health, Safety and Environmental activities and provides guidance to promote an effective HSE program. · The position supports all project related initiatives and individuals to eliminate hazards in the workplace that could cause property damage, injury, illness or harm to the environment. · Report operationally to the Project/Construction Manager on all HSE program and operational matters. What you’ll have · University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or equivalent trade qualification combined with further relevant training and experience. · Generally, have 5+ years relative experience, relevant systems, tools, or technologies used in the field · Experience in site safety supervision, permit-to-work systems, and hazard identification · Given the necessity of interacting with Thai-speaking clients, Thai language is essential.
