Description

At BG Wind GmbH, we manufacture hybrid towers for wind energy and are looking for additional staff for our production hall. While our HSE Manager sets the strategy and handles the paperwork in the office, you'll be their "right hand" directly on the production floor. We're looking for someone who is out in production every day, explaining, monitoring, and ensuring that safety is simply a way of life for us.

Your responsibilities – 100% hands-on experience on the shop floor

Presence and control in the hall: You are the face of occupational safety for our production staff. You are on the move in production every day, checking compliance with safety measures, explaining rules directly at the workstation, and intervening to correct any errors when necessary.

Practical problem solver: When problems arise with machines or workstations, you specifically search for technical solutions. You ensure that these not only guarantee maximum safety but are also economical and efficiently implementable in everyday production.

Action instead of delay: You implement the requirements of the HSE Manager and the impulses of our external occupational safety specialist (Sifa) pragmatically and directly on the lines.

International communication: You will conduct legally mandated safety training and daily briefings. Since our production team is highly international, you will effortlessly switch between German and English on the job.

  • Nip hazards in the bud (without desk work): You have a keen eye for potential hazards. You record near misses directly on site and pass the feedback on to the HSE Manager so they can adjust the documentation.
