Description
Act as the HSE representative for site CAPEX projects and technology transfers, ensuring HSE requirements are integrated from the earliest design stages through commissioning.
Promote Safety by Design principles and risk reduction at source throughout project execution.
Organize and participate in risk assessments, including HAZOP, PHA, ATEX, fire, ergonomic, and environmental assessments.
Support PSSR and Management of Change (MOC) processes and ensure implementation of preventive and protective measures.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and industry best practices, and verify their integration into project documentation and specifications.
Define and monitor contractor HSE requirements and oversee high-risk activities during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
Contribute to inspections, audits, investigations, and the sharing of lessons learned following incidents or near misses.
Deliver HSE awareness and training activities while driving continuous improvement initiatives across project teams.
