What will you do?

• Support the HSE Manager in drafting procedures and monitoring their effective implementation in the Plant.
• File and keep updated copies of all the necessary HSE documentation, support in managing the HSE archive.
• Facilitate authorities’ inspections, providing any requested documentation.
• Organize and supervise inspections of technical equipment (fire systems, electrical systems, etc.).
• Organize and perform periodic HSE training for all employees and in promoting awareness and knowledge of HSE principles and practices.
• Assures employee medical surveillance.
• Participate in accident investigation carrying out analysis and identifying trends on accident statistics.
• Support in the definition of the personal protection devices needed.
• Assist the HSE Manager in the execution of his tasks, in particular for contractors management and emergency response.
• Proactively communicate with Global/Country HSE Team in any relevant topic related to HSE

What are we looking for?

• Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment rules and practices.
• Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM and/or SBM and/or IM).
• Basic knowledge of CAD 2D software.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or in the occupational health and safety field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in safety in manufacturing companies preferably in the FMCG sector.
